You must be at least 13 years old to use Court Pulse. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to form a binding agreement with us. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@pickleballpulse.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or spam court activity;
• harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• post unlawful, hateful, or infringing content;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a court or facility;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Court Pulse depends on community contributions. When you submit check-ins, court updates, heading-there signals, or corrections, you agree to make them accurate and in good faith. Do not submit activity for courts you are not actually at or aware of, and do not manipulate live signals. Court conditions and availability change constantly; information in the app is provided by the community and may be incomplete or outdated.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Court Pulse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

To keep the community safe and accurate, we may review, moderate, remove, or refuse any content, and may limit or remove signals that appear false, abusive, or in violation of these Terms — at our discretion and without prior notice. Reports are handled as described in our Community Safety guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account & Privacy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses already granted, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or safety of any court, that a court will be open or uncrowded, or that live signals are correct. You use courts and travel to them at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Court Pulse and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Court Pulse and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@pickleballpulse.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any disputes that cannot be resolved will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
